  • At Dresshala.com, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Returns:

    To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dresshala.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

    Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to ensure that your returned item(s) are received by us in good condition.

    Refunds:

    Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

    If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

    Exchanges:

    If you would like to exchange an item(s), please contact our customer service team at support@dresshala.com. Once your exchange is approved, you will receive an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
