Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Dresshala – India’s First Antimicrobial Scrubs & Hospital Wear
At Dresshala, we are committed to delivering high-quality hospital uniforms and antimicrobial medical wear. This policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.
Orders in the following status can be requested for cancellation:

Pending Payment
-
Processing
-
On Hold
Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
Customers can submit a cancellation request by logging into their account at:

and selecting the order they wish to cancel.
2. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled before shipment without any refund process since payment has not yet been collected.
Dresshala reserves the right to restrict COD service for customers who repeatedly place and cancel orders.
3. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping:

The cancellation request will be reviewed by our support team.

Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds for prepaid orders are processed only after cancellation approval.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 working days after cancellation approval.
Depending on the bank, payment gateway, or card provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at checkout.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
Dresshala accepts returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

Product received is damaged during shipping

Product received is defective or has a manufacturing issue

Wrong product or wrong size was delivered by Dresshala
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
If approved, the customer will be guided through the return or replacement process.
6. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or embroidered scrubs
-
Products with name embroidery
-
Products with hospital or clinic logo embroidery

Personalized or made-to-order uniforms
-
Bulk customized institutional orders
Since these products are specially produced according to customer requirements, they cannot be resold.
7. Customized / Embroidered Orders
Orders with embroidery or customization require advance payment and are not eligible for return or exchange once production has begun.
However, if there is a manufacturing defect or incorrect customization, Dresshala will provide a replacement after verification.
Customers are requested to carefully verify:

spelling of names

logo files
-
sizes
-
customization details
before placing the order.
8. Order Cancellation by Dresshala
Dresshala reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

product unavailability
-
payment verification issues
-
incorrect pricing or technical errors

suspected fraudulent transactions
-
logistics delivery restrictions
In such cases, if payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
